Hadjiyiannis Group is a privately held, property development company owned by two brothers Spyros (Financial Manager) and Haralambos (Construction Manager), established in 1987. The first steps of the company involved the development of seaside holiday homes on Meneou-Pervolia coast.
As the years passed, the Group has moved into two other areas of developments: office buildings and tourist projects. Hadjiyiannis Group developments include five wonderful Commercial Buildings in Larnaca town (only 10 minutes from Larnaca International Airport ) which can ideally serve as offices, showrooms, etc. Our tourist projects involve the development of three Hotels in Protaras coast which is known for its wonderful beaches.
All these years, the Head Office of the Group has been in Meneou village (only 5 minutes from Larnaca International Airport ).
Our marketing strategy has always been the full satisfaction of our customers, thus, we have never advertised in newspapers, magazines, TV, or in any other form.
All the customers who bought from us any property any time have more than doubled their investments.
Recently, the company has moved into the development of exceptional residential apartments in the center of Larnaca town.
